"What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?" is a psychological thriller that revolves around the deteriorating relationship between two former child stars, Baby Jane Hudson and her wheelchair-bound sister Blanche, who live together in a decaying Hollywood mansion. As Jane's mental instability worsens, she descends into madness, tormenting Blanche and unraveling a dark and twisted family secret.
As Jane's mind deteriorated, she regressed further and further into her "Baby Jane" child self, wearing her clothes, hair, and makeup as if she was a child.
