Roaming free across Isla Sorna, the Stegosaurus learned to live by eating lysine rich plants, no longer receiving the lysine supplements they received in captivity. One of the most well known and beloved dinosaurs of all time, the Stegosaurus was featured in The Lost World: Jurassic Park ‘by popular demand’ says director Steven Spielberg.

The first in Chronicle Collectibles Maquette series, the Stegosaurus was molded from an original studio maquette produced by Stand Winston Studios and painted like the dinosaurs depicted in the 1997 hit film. The statue is set on an oval base with a rocky surface to resemble a riverbed. Standing a 17” tall, and a whopping 31” long, this statue is sure to be a standout in the home of any Jurassic Park fan!
