Meat Boy has side-scrolled his way finally into being a Youtooz. Standing 4-inches tall, this figure has Meat Boy sitting on a blood-covered grey gear. He has a big toothy grin and fist pump to the sky, ready for adventure and ready to take down Dr. Fetus.

The windowed display box has been decorated with a Meat Boy-esque level. Showing sharp saws sprinkled about, with a sprawling mountain scene fading into the background. The interior of the box has been designed as a red silhouette showing Meat Boy in action, on his way to save his family. On the exterior protective sleeve, is a red solid background with the facial features of Meat Boy on the back of the box. This collectible ships in a matte, embossed, protective outer sleeve and a custom-sized plastic protector for maximum protection during shipping.
