He is best known as the lead vocalist, primary lyricist, keyboardist, and occasional rhythm guitarist of heavy metal band System of a Down, which was formed in 1994.

“Elasticity” is arguably one of Serj Tankian’s best bodies of work to date, with many of their most popular songs such as “Electric Yerevan” and “How Many Times” this album is a must have for any fan of the Rock scene.
