From Cape Town to Cairo, and now to fans worldwide, PJ Morton shares his newest album, fully made in the motherland. A transformative journey through South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, and Egypt, Cape Town to Cairo was created in just 30 days, capturing the essence of each country’s rich musical culture. With no music, lyrics, or preconceptions, Morton stepped onto the continent with only a dream: to write and record his next LP in less than a month while immersing himself in diverse cultures and stories. The result is his most sonically-sprawling and immediately-inspired record to date.
Featuring collaborations with Fireboy DML, Mádé Kuti, Aṣa, Ndabo Zulu, and Soweto Spiritual Singers, this album is an unforgettable journey through rhythm, soul, and global influences.

We don't like to brag at Popcultcha, but having been in the collectables industry for over 27 years now, we know all about mint condition collectables and the fastidious nature of collecting stuff! What's more is that most of us Popcultcha Peeps are collectors ourselves! What this means for you is that we pack your orders the way we like to receive our own orders, so we take the utmost care in ensuring your goodies get from our HQ to your home safely and securely.
