Originally released in 2006, the action-adventure video game Okami is set during classical Japanese history, combining several Japanese myths, legends and folklore to tell the story of how the land was saved from darkness by the Shinto sun goddess, named Amaterasu, who took the form of a white wolf.
Appearing as though it has descended from the Celestial Plain, this beautiful 1/4 scale resin statue of Amaterasu captures the white wolf with an incredible level of detail in a striking dynamic pose, and has been finished with expert paint application that faithfully recreates the cel-shaded style of the beloved game.
