Serving as the protagonist of Branch C in Nier: Automata, YoRHA Type A No.2 was a member of the first YoRHa squadron deployed to Earth as part of the Pearl Harbor Descent during the 14th Machine War. Initially depicted as reserved and mysterious, her fiery personality eventually showed through her interactions with Pod 042. She was often blunt and impatient while speaking to others, but despite her rough mannerisms, she can sometimes show compassion, like when she reluctantly took 2B's life at her request in order to prevent further suffering.
