“Man Of Colours” is Icehouse’s fourth studio album, originally released in 1987. Though it has had varying personnel, Icehouse was essentially a vehicle for the work of Australian Iva Davies. Davies formed the first version of the band under the name Flowers in 1980 and began scoring hits in Australia with the group's first single, "Can't Help Myself." They first reached the U.S. charts in 1981 with "We Can Get Together" but did not score a substantial hit until 1988's “Crazy."
“Man Of Colours” is arguably one of Icehouse's best bodies of work to date, with many of their most popular songs such as “Electric Blue” and “Crazy" this album is a must have for any fan of the Synth Pop scene.
