Founded in 1965 in Palo Alto, Grateful Dead were an American rock band, known for its unique style incorporating elements of rock, folk, country, jazz, bluegrass, blues, gospel, and psychedelic rock. Their live performances included lengthy instrumental jams, and they're often considered pioneers of the world of jam bands. The band had a devoted fan base known as "Deadheads", with many Deadheads going on tour with the band.

Ready Or Not is a live album consisting of nine songs recorded at various venues from 1992 to 1995. Released in 2019, it was the first time in thirty years that a collection of new Grateful Dead songs were assembled onto one release. It's said that the unfinished studio album (as a result of the passing of Jerry Garcia) would've likely included songs that appear on Ready Or Not. The release offers listeners a glimpse into what another studio album may have sounded like, particularly from the group's later phase. An absolute must for any fans of Grateful Dead; add it to your collection and experience exciting gems introduced by the band in their final years of performing!
