The man responsible for Jason’s death when he was a 12 year old boy has escaped a mental hospital and breaks into the cemetery where Jason is buried. Intending on burning the body he instead stabs the body with an iron fencepost leaving it embedded in Jason. The post is struck by lightning from a storm reviving the killer and like that, Jason lives.
To commemorate the 30th anniversary of Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives, NECA have added a new action figure based on Jason as he appears in the film. The action figure stands at 7” tall and features a new gruesome, freshly unearthed sculpt. It has over 25 points of articulation and comes with a removable mask, machete and a knife that both fit into sheaths on his belt. It also comes with a replica fencepost that reanimated him and his tombstone. Jason comes packaged in a collector-friendly 30th anniversary window box.
