There was some serious talent down in West London when Flying Lotus taped his "INFINITY Infinitum" session for the BBC. For these recordings, made around the time of the release of Flying Lotus’ breakout “Cosmogramma" LP, the one born Steven Ellison was joined by a band that featured Thundercat, Ravi Coltrane and Miguel Atwood-Ferguson. That’s some serious talent in the same room at the same time. Among the tracklist of this EP is the previously-unreleased ‘Golden Axe’, a spiritualised soul-jazz/leftfield hip-hop jam.

Pressed on Classic Black Vinyl.
