New to the ArtFX series comes Johnny Depp's classic rendition of Gellert Grindelwald from the second Fantastic Beasts film. The powerful, evil wizard appears just as he did in the film, as his allies congregate to partake in his dark dream to create a world where wizards control the muggles. At 1/10 scale, coming in at 18cm tall, Gellert stands atop a steel base which attaches to the statue's feet via magnets, giving the piece extra stability when being displayed.
The piece has been created with a high level of detail, with everything from the folds in Gellert's clothes to the texture on his wand being treated with immense realism. Much like other statues from Kotobukiya, the paint has been applied masterfully, leaving Gellert with highly realistic skin and clothing that depicts the film's iconic character extremely well. Even the patterns on his trousers, along with the trinkets that hang from his vest chain have been considered, reflecting the attention to detail that has gone into this piece.
