Long-time rockstars Deep Purple don’t know what a break is. Released in 2020, Whoosh! Is the band's twenty-first studio album. This would also be the last album to feature material from longtime member and guitarist Steve Morse who later left the band in 2022.
Lyrically focusing on themes such as Mother Nature, climate change, and plastic pollution this album acts as a call to action told through a progressive rock landscape.
Also included with this double LP are 2 DVDs. One showcasing the band's Hellfest 2017 show, which until now has never been released. As well as a documentary titled ‘Roger Glover And Bob Ezrin In Conversation
If you are a Deep Purple fan, this is a must-have for your collection.
