Cymande - Second Time Round LP Vinyl Record (Transparent Green Coloured Vinyl)

In 1973, Cymande etched their legacy into music history with the release of 'Second Time Round.' As pioneers of the Black British music scene and children of the Windrush Generation, they blended influences from Guyanese and Jamaican roots, creating a distinctive sound known as 'Nyah-rock.'

Fresh from a US tour with Al Green, the album solidified Cymande's presence in the US, following the success of their debut. Notably, their self-titled debut became the first UK soul album on the Billboard charts, and 'Second Time Round' reaffirmed their standing, making them the first British band to grace the iconic Apollo Theater in Harlem.
