Sideshow Collectibles have teamed up with artist Tyler Kirkham to create the officially licensed ‘Batman: The Dark Knight’ fine art print.
High above the moonlit rooftops of Gotham City, Batman looms large, casting a terrifying shadow over the streets below. Like the stone gargoyle beneath him, Bruce Wayne’s grim masked visage strikes fear into the hearts of criminals everywhere, from the darkest of alleys to the deepest of sewers.
Inspired by Frank Miller’s classic design, this gritty take on The Dark Knight pairs Kirkman's distinctive lifework with vibrant colours to capture the perfectly captures the hero of Gotham's intimidating presence.
Measuring 18” (45.72cm) x 24” (60.96cm), this fine art giclée print features Sideshow’s embossed Seal of Authenticity and has been printed on acid-free 300gsm Museo cotton rag with Epson archival inks.

About the Artist:
A New York Times best-selling artist/creator. Tyler Kirkham was born and raised in Utah. He really found a love for comics in the early 90's when Image Comics came onto the scene. At that moment he knew what he wanted to do with his life. After going to countless conventions and sending out samples, he got his first paid art gig drawing for a local newspaper. He later landed a job drawing an indie book called "The Gift."
Fresh out of high school, he worked on The Gift until another opportunity came up. He had been given the chance to move to L.A. to work for Top Cow Studios, where he could work in "the pit" with other artists, one being Marc Silvestri. Tyler has worked on titles such as Green Lantern Corps, Superman, Strykeforce, Tomb Raider, The Darkness, Transformers, Amazing Spiderman, X-Men Phoenix Warsong, and Ultimate Fantastic 4 to name just a few. His work has been featured on many Web sites and in magazines, like FHM, Wizard, Nintendo Power, Sun stone and Imagine FX among others. He's also done video game concept work, novel and album covers. As well as some graphic and advertisement art. He has also released 2 children's books. He currently resides in Utah working for DC comics and recently released his creator owned series Screwed through Zenescope Entertainment.
