Batman - Batgirl: The Last Joke Fine Art Print by Ian MacDonald

Sideshow Art Prints presents the Batgirl: The Last Joke Fine Art Print by artist Ian MacDonald, a DC Comics collectible grappling into your home gallery.

As Barbara Gordon leaps into action above the crime-ridden streets of Gotham City, Rogues beware! It's a bright new day and Batgirl is here to clean up the streets.  The bat has long served as a symbol of justice in this city, and outfitted in her modern blue, grey, and yellow costume, Batgirl is no different. Wielding her signature batarang as she is joined by a flurry of bats taking wing, like the clan of crimefighters she calls her own.  Villains working in the shadows will always have their misdeeds brought to light when the Bat-family is on the case.

Originally created as a variant cover for Batgirl #48 (2020), written by Cecil Castellucci for DC Comics, this comic book collectible makes a perfect addition to any Batman art print collection. Each Batgirl: The Last Joke Fine Art Print features an authorized, automated artist signature as well as an embossed Seal of Authenticity as a part of the limited edition of 375 pieces.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Ian MacDonald, or “Moose” as he’s known in some circles, was born in eastern Canada in 1988. He’s a graduate of animation, and after having previously worked a brief stint on the My Little Pony television series, now uses his knowledge acquired through that medium to apply to concept design, painting and art direction for licensed products at Sideshow. When not drawing undead creatures or superheroes, Ian spends his time nerding out to video games, movies, and explaining to people in depth why he doesn't like cheese.
